This site is run by Shelby Haugen Creative ([LEGAL NAME]). This page explains what we collect when you use shelbyhaugen.com, why, and what you can do about it. Effective date: October 5, 2026.
What we collect
- The free classroom pack form. Your first name, email address, the role you pick (parent, teacher and so on) and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We use it to email you the pack and a few notes on using it.
- Email and text. If you email or text us, we get your email address or phone number and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to plan your event or order.
- Basic server logs. Our web host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or tracking cookies. Fonts and audio are served from this site, not from third parties.
Who processes it for us
- Limsley HQ, our own small system hosted on Cloudflare, receives the free pack form and stores your sign-up.
- Resend sends the pack email and any follow-up notes.
- Vercel hosts this website.
They handle the data only to provide those services to us.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for ads. The free pack is for parents and educators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Unsubscribe and your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it within 10 days. You can also write to us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Do Not Track
Because this site does not track you across other sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We treat it the same as any visit.
Other sites
Links to Instagram, Etsy, Amazon, Pixieset and our agency site take you to services with their own privacy policies.
